Strongbow x Singapore Food Festival 2019

Objectives

As one of the sponsors for STREATS 2019, Strongbow brings you their first chill-out lounge. STREATS infuse food with some of the best local artists, Strongbow promises to bring a diversely rich inner-city experience at The Promontory this year.

Campaign Concept

In this campaign, Strongbow differentiates itself with the release of limited edition mini cans, by integrating the mini packaging’s communication with a topic often discussed among younger working adults to encourage “work-life balance”, by reminding them to “take a break & chill.”

What we did

Wooden pallets & wooden crate seating for the consumers to chill around, indulging in food and music, while experiencing the uplifting refreshment from Strongbow Cider. As a means of educating its consumers, the lounge has crates filled with artificial apples.

Bringing nature to the city, mini golf course was created as part of the lounge, to allow for some engagement with the brand, and at the same time, turning these times with friends into golden moments. For this event, consumers who managed to score the ball into the ‘apple hole’ will be rewarded with a limited-edition Strongbow mini can! The mini golf course was later modified to golf pong, to target the older consumers. Many positive feedbacks from the organisers were garnered, as it gives off a homely & comfy vibe to the consumers.
