Objectives

The challenge was to brand, design and launch a new frozen dessert brand in Singapore, where the market is already saturated with offerings of Ice Cream, Frozen Yoghurts and Gelatos occupying every niche between mass to premium. On top of that, the budget made available by the pair of budding young entrepreneurs was restrictive at best.

What we did

The result was consistent growth of a fan base along with the acquisition of an international distribution network through supermarkets, including Singapore’s largest chain where it sold out on launch day.
