Vivian Regina started with a production facility in South Africa, serving the local Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) market. With a limited sized market, they sought overseas expansion – but despite Vivian Regina’s superior product CRAKGON, were hampered by trusted international brand names such as Owens Corning.
What we did
A brand audit was conducted leading to a revamp of the Corporate Identity and brand messaging across all touch-points. As part of the re-branding programme, its sub-brand CRAKGON packaging was redesigned to more sharply communicate the product’s differentiation from competitors. The new positioning brought clients such as Lamborghini & Bentley to their doorstep. More importantly, paint leader CIN struck up a deal with Vivian Regina, which provided them access to DIY stores across Brazil – culminating in the investment in a new production facility in South America.
