Kimage started as and had been known a mass-market hairdressing salon located at HDB flats. They needed to move upmarket to expand their customer base and market share in a bid to expand locally as well as regionally.
What we did
What resulted through the re-branding was Kimage’s successful expansion in branches to more upmarket malls as well as its successful launch to a new market – Vietnam. An upmarket sub-brand Kimage Prestige was also successfully launched. With this, Kimage met its objective of moving the perception of its brand upmarket and expanding market share as a result.
